I'm David Dodge
a St. Louis real estate investor with over 18 years of experience. I started investing in real estate when I was in college at the age of 20 while attending the University of Missouri-Columbia. My expertise is wholesaling real estate and using The BRRRR Method to acquire rental properties with NONE of my own money!
I also love educating others about how easy it is to learn how to wholesale real estate for huge profits and how they too can use OPM to buy rental properties!

I have sold over 750 houses to date and my company averages about 5-10 wholesales per month. I also love to fix-and-flip properties as well as add properties to my rental portfolio. I have over 90 rentals currently (over 20K in cashflow) and a goal of taking my rental portfolio to over 200 properties in the next 24 months.
I'm the co-author of 3 books: “The Ultimate Guide to Wholesale Real Estate”, “The BRRRR Method” & “The 3 Pillars of Wholesaling Real Estate”.
